Sessions

We meet Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at our very own clubhouse (130 Druid St, London SE1 2HH)

Our Tuesday runs are our most popular, affording you the chance to run either a 5K, 6K or 10K loop along the Thames, depending on which bridge you cross over! Please arrive at 7 pm for a 7:15 pm start. Most people stay after for a drink or two!

 

 

Every Thursday we run an intervals session in Bermondsey Spa Gardens, just around the corner from the LCR clubhouse. The content of the session varies each week and attending will help improve your speed, strength, and endurance! Please arrive at 7 pm for a 7:15 pm start.

 

Each Sunday we run east along the Thames and stop halfway for a photo; the total route is approximately 10K. Most Sundays, we also host a longer run alongside the 10K option. The longer route varies from 11 miles upwards and is popular with those training for a half or full marathon. Whichever option you choose, please arrive at 11:15 for an 11:30 start.
